Entertainment Book Fundraiser

The first phase of Hilltop PTA’s fall fundraiser will be selling Entertainment books. The sale starts today September 9th and runs through Wednesday, September 21st. Entertainment books are $30.00 each.  As you are aware, Entertainment books are filled with great discount coupons on local fine dining, casual and fast food, travel, arts, leisure, lodging and much more!

Please accompany your child to ask neighbors, grandparents and other family, friends, and even your coworkers to support Hilltop by purchasing the coupon book.

Out of town family and friends can support our school and help your child earn prize credit by purchasing an Entertainment book on line. Here’s how to set it up:

  1. Register your child in the Seller section of http://www.fundraising.entertainment.com. You will be asked to enter your child’s school account number, which is 63923.
  2. Use the online e-mail tool to ask friends and family to buy a book at entertainment.com. The e-mail will contain a special link that credits our school and your child for the purchases made. Your child receives prize credit for purchases made up to our sale’s end date, which is Wednesday, September 21st.
  3. Make sure to enter your child’s full first and last name, and your name and e-mail address, so recipients know who sent the e-mail.

Sale Reminders

  •  The enclosed books are a great way to show family and friends how quickly the books pay for themselves. Please note that these are not free books, but are to be either sold or returned to the school in the envelope by Wednesday, September 21st.
  • Collect payments at the time the order is placed.
  • Checks are to be made payable to Hilltop PTA. Online orders are paid by credit card.
  • Please make sure that information on your child’s order envelope is complete and accurate.
  • Return money/checks and books in the order envelope to school by Wednesday, September 21st. Orders for books will be filled and sent home with your child within two weeks of the sale end date.
